Service staff was understanding and took time to evaluate the situation that had arose with my vehicle. They stayed in constant communication on what they had found and how they intended to correct the issue under warranty. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
My vehicle broke down on a Friday evening after hours and thankfully this dealerships service center was open on Saturday! I can’t think of who I was dealing with but he was very nice and kept me informed and understood that I’m a single Mom and needed my vehicle and had it ready to go Saturday afternoon! I brought my wife's Acadia to have some service work done as it was making a noise in the front end. I also needed an oil change/tire rotation. I was advised by Wayne Wilson (Service Consultant) that it was time for a coolant flush and fill. Wayne did not pressure me to get this service but I agreed as it was time. My overall experience was good. After having the car a few days I have noticed a few things I wish I had noticed on the lot. The car has not been waxed. Usually when you buy a car from a dealer they are usually waxed pretty sure mine has not been. The car was supposed to be inspected not sure how good of a job they did there. They have the best service department I’ve ever had to deal with. I was five and a half hours away from home when my 2500 broke down on Monday. Very happy with my purchase of a 2025 Ford Expedition Platinum. The entire process was smooth and easy. Cristian was my salesman and he was absolutely a pleasure to work with, including the financing process. I brought in my own my bank and they were able to shop around for me and beat my own bank's rate! Not a whole lot of pushy up selling, they really just wanted to earn your business. Josh was very friendly and did a great job. I just didn't know anything about payments or who was my vehicle was financed through until I went to the back. Me getting the vehicle was dependent on what my payment was and I had already signed a lot of paperwork before I was even told what my payments were going to be. It all worked out for the good though.
