We had the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Chuck was our salesman and he is absolutely the best, he went above and beyond to help us in any way he could. He made the experience as non stressful as possible. He was very knowledgeable bout the vehicles and answered any questions we had about the process. They have the best service department I’ve ever had to deal with. I was five and a half hours away from home when my 2500 broke down on Monday. Very happy with my purchase of a 2025 Ford Expedition Platinum. The entire process was smooth and easy. Cristian was my salesman and he was absolutely a pleasure to work with, including the financing process. I brought in my own my bank and they were able to shop around for me and beat my own bank's rate! Not a whole lot of pushy up selling, they really just wanted to earn your business. Josh was very friendly and did a great job. I just didn't know anything about payments or who was my vehicle was financed through until I went to the back. Me getting the vehicle was dependent on what my payment was and I had already signed a lot of paperwork before I was even told what my payments were going to be. It all worked out for the good though.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable and very nice. He did not put us through a high pressure sales pitch, but was very helpful in our decision making process. While there is a lot of paperwork to complete the finance staff were very efficient as we completed our purchase.

She has been very helpful & attentive with all the questions I’ve had & always keeps me updated through the process, great attitude! I’ve always disliked taking my vehicles to service in other dealerships because it’s always a headache but Kaitlyn has made it so accommodating her costumer service is awesome!!
Chuck made our buying experience amazing! He knew we lived over three hours away and still made sure we left happy, and our travel went well. He even made sure we made it home safe, not many salesmen do that. He has even checked in and is making sure we are loving the car days after. Chuck is hands down the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. Every person we spoke with at the dealership was very welcoming and they have now gained a customer cause they made it worth the drive!

I purchased a 2023 Silverado 2500HD from this dealership January of 2026. During the purchase process, I identified several visible dents and drilled bed-rail holes and requested a price adjustment, which was declined and I proceeded with the purchase.
Within days of taking delivery, I discovered additional dents on the hood and roof that were not apparent during the initial inspection due to lighting and weather conditions at the time of purchase.
