I purchased a 2023 Silverado 2500HD from this dealership January of 2026. During the purchase process, I identified several visible dents and drilled bed-rail holes and requested a price adjustment, which was declined and I proceeded with the purchase.
Within days of taking delivery, I discovered additional dents on the hood and roof that were not apparent during the initial inspection due to lighting and weather conditions at the time of purchase. Came in for my first oil change on my GMC Denali was expecting to pay. They informed me that it was covered by GMC. I was thrilled to hear this on top of the fact that the experience was professional, the facilities, clean and organized, and the staff was very friendly.

Great service! Wayne went over all the work completed on my vehicle and made sure I confirmed the issue was fixed before I left. He took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I did have to leave my car over night because the issue took longer to diagnose and a part needed to be ordered. In the end, the repair was handled thoroughly and professionally, and I was very satisfied with the service.

I had a 8 o’clock appointment so it was right as they opened. The girl checking me in said it shows that you are due an alignment check and ask if I wanted to have that service done. I said I thought this machine here at the door checks the alignment as you drive in. She said well it wasn’t on but we can run it back through. The team, especially JC, was super friendly, accommodating and prompt. I typically dread car dealerships but this was very pleasant! They were not pushy at all and took time to ensure we were comfortable with our decisions.
Oil change took over an hour. Got to the dealership early. They performed an inspection I did not need. Service was part of a prepaid plan. Without plan would have cost me almost 100 dollars. After I get my final service I will probably find somewhere else to perform service.
